Join us for an evening of exploring Caymus wines paired along side a four course meal.
Welcoming Wine - Emmolo Sparkling No. 6
A fresh but complex wine with notes of citrus and pear. Opens round and creamy, turns zesty and bright through the finish. Paired with a smoked salmon tartine to complement the acidity of this light and fresh wine.
Course 1 - Mer Soleil 2021 Reserve Chardonnay
Creamy yet fresh balanced with acidity and bright citrus. Paired with our signature crab cakes and remoulade sauce to highlight the citrus notes of this wine.
Course 2 - Caymus - Suisun ‘The Walking Fool’
This red blend features a nose of cherry cobbler, lightly buttered toast, vanilla and red licorice. The fruity flavors and expansive texture pair with a creamy prosciutto and mushroom penne pasta dish.
Course 3 - Red Schooner Voyage 11 Malbec
Starts with a dark berry character with plums and blackberry but mingles with hints of tobacco and coffee bean. With grapes imported from Argentina, this wine is paired with Argentinian asado skewers, mixed vegetables, and creamy mashed potatoes.
Course 4 - Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon
Caymus with a signature style that is dark in color, with rich fruit and ripe tannins. Paired with tomahawk ribeye sliced table side, roasted brussel sprouts and smoked red pepper sauce.
